Cohort Report Design Update and New Shopify Integration Features

We implemented a new design with some new functionalities for the Cohort Report to allow better analysis and data visualization.

We added new initial columns in the front, New Customers, Cost and % of returning customers, which can be customized from the columns button.

Also, added the ability to change the value type: • Amount • Percentage • Accumulated Amount • Accumulated Percentage

Connect Shopify that already is integrated in another Hyros account

We implemented an update to the Shopify integration flow to support connecting a store that’s already connected to another account. Currently, in this case, the integration throws an error, but from now on, we will show a prompt, asking the user to move the integration into the current account.

If confirmed, the store will be integrated to the current account, but will be removed from the old account.

New Metrics

We added new metrics to the performance report and widget:

• Contribution Profit: the revenue remaining after deducting all variable costs, which are costs directly tied to producing that sale. - Formula: Total Revenue – Hard Costs • Contribution Margin: the ratio between revenue and contribution profit, which is the revenue remaining after deducting all variable cost - Formula: Contribution profit / Revenue • Returning Customers: the number of customers who made other purchases prior to the date range, • Returning Customers Revenue ( RC Revenue ): revenue from returning customers • RC Revenue Rate: Percentage of Returning Customer Revenue out of total revenue - Formula: ( RC Revenue / Total Revenue ) ** 100 • **Returning Customer Rate ( RC Rate )*: Percentage of Returning Customers out of total customers

New endpoint for updating leads

We implemented a new endpoint for updating leads that support the following fields:

• email -> only update in case email is empty and lead was created with phone number only • phone -> new phones added to existing array • tags -> new tags added to existing array • ips -> new tags added to existing array • lead stage • lead stage date • firstname • lastname • ad OC consent

The endpoint can be accessed from the following URL https://api.hyros.com/v1/api/v1.0/leads, via PUT method and supports updating the lead by either email, phone or lead id.

Improved UX on mobile on account sign up

We updated our account creation flow to redirect users that sign up on mobile to the desktop application so they can easily continue the onboarding.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

Deduplicate calls by using externalCallId URL parameter We implemented a new call deduplication flow to avoid creating duplicate calls, one from URL rule, one from integration. This will be used solely for iClosed integration, who will be passing the call id into the URL, when passing form data.

Improved U-Shaped model grouping for Top Sources widget We implemented some updates to properly group entities in the Top Sources widget for the U-Shaped attribution model.

Improved Applovin integration We implemented some updates to the Applovin integration to support new field types for cost.

Deep dive into Add To Carts metric We implemented an update to our performance report to allow deep diving into “Add to carts” metric.

Zapier Call events support state parameter We updated the Retrieve call, Create Call and Update Call events in Zapier to support new state parameter.

Improved tracking for Paypal sales We implemented an update to connect leads by the transaction id from Paypal.
