Jourdan Smith went live in his HYROS account on Thursday He showed how he reads new-customer data to find what's actually working, then feeds that read into AI to scale it. Jourdan has managed $35M in ad spend and generated $75M in revenue for clients like Robert Kiyosaki, Jordan Belfort, and SamCart. He went deep on:
The ad his platform said to kill, and why he scaled it instead
Why cost per lead is the wrong target, and what he buys against
The number a healthy CPA hides from you
How he connects HYROS straight to AI so it reads the account for him
How he turns that read into launches without touching the ads manager
Our notes below: 1. The ad your platform says to kill (08:15) Most operators watch platform ROAS and kill anything near zero. One of Jourdan's ads looked exactly like that. He didn't touch it. His HYROS new-customer read showed the same ad acquiring new buyers at a number his recurring offer can carry, so he scaled it. Your ad platform won't tell you if a dead-looking ad is actually buying new customers. HYROS will. 2. Cost per lead is the wrong target (15:40) On info and SaaS funnels most people buy against cost per lead, and it quietly rewards volume over new blood. Jourdan buys against cost per new lead and cost per new visit instead. That way he pays to pull people into the funnel for the first time, not re-serve the audience already sitting in it. A plain lead metric counts both the same. New-customer metrics in HYROS separate them. 3. The number your CPA is hiding (17:35) A healthy blended CPA feels like proof things are working. Blended CPA never tells you whether those buyers are new or already yours, so you can post a great number while new-customer growth flatlines. Jourdan splits new from existing, sets a hard new-customer target, and buys to that. Blended CPA won't show you the split. Cost per new customer will.
Most ad accounts are ranked on the wrong number. The ads pulling the most spend and the most clicks are often not the ads bringing in new customers. This Thursday, Jourdan Smith goes live. He pulls up a real ad account and reranks the whole board on new-customer data. Same ads, new order. Then he shows you which ones actually deserve more budget. Jourdan has managed $35M in ad spend and generated $75M in revenue, for clients like Robert Kiyosaki, Jordan Belfort, and SamCart. You've got the data. Ranking it right is the hard part. He's breaking down the full workflow:
The HYROS report he opens first, and the column he ranks the whole account on
Why the ad with the most spend and the most clicks can still lose money on new customers
How he reads New Customer ROAS to separate real acquisition from noise
How he runs that read across every ad in the account instead of the handful he can eyeball
